Perfect, would stay again !

Everything was perfect, more than I had expected. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable, the host is nice and very friendly and the apartment is close to the beautiful city of Baden-Baden. I really have nothing to complain about, I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent family place with a great location.

Amazing place to stay. Ms Betti was kind and always eager to help. She is very passionate about her property and it reflects on the way it has been kept. Apartment has everything you want comfortably. Location is great with vineyards to stroll which is within walking distance. Winden the village it self is beautiful with accessible nature and facilities. There is a big Edeka supermarket where you will find everything. We celebrated our daughter's 8th birthday and it will always remain special in our memories. Looking forward to come here again.

Major phone network issue, Wifi was quite bad too, Didn't like the bed much, Wasn't very toddler friendly, major space constraint, No fan or air conditioner, it was very very hot, Hot water went off during shower and had to have bath with cold water, strict rules on deposing of garbage so didn't land up using much of the amenities too, lack of bathroom amenities,

Three times the space for one third the cost!

Perfect, very well equipped and situated in the hills outside of Baden Baden with beautiful walks in the vineyards and among the apple trees. very helpful and gracious host. nice to be outside a city when you are traveling with dogs.

The host creates unnecessary rules and stress to the guests

We decided to go to the Black Forest for a short holiday 1 week before the departure. Then we started looking for a place to stay but there were not many choices left for us with easy parking and kitchen included. This one appeared to be the best compared to the others. We paid almost 200 Euro per night for a single bedroom apartment without breakfast included (1292,69Euro for 7 nights). We accepted the last minute peak season expensive deal. But paying this price we expected an enjoyable stay. We often go to Germany for ski trips so we have reasonable experience and expectations with the accommodations in Germany. Meeting expectation: 1. Easy parking. 2. There's a tiny kitchen where literarily you can't leave anything else you get from the supermarket in there unless you can stuff all in the small fridge. But we managed by going to the supermarket 3 times during the stay and stored the shopping bag in the living room. So, the kitchen is sufficient. 3. The living room is big enough for 3 of us with a big couch. The dining table is tiny but sufficient for 3 of us. 4. The location in general is ok. Not the top pick if we could have had more choices, but we knew in advance how much time we would need to get to our intended places. There's a big supermarket Real 5 minutes away by car from the property. We did not experience a stunning forest view (like some reviewers wrote) from any angel of the our apartment. Exceeding expectation: 1. We did not see a swimming pool on the property but there was a spa bubble pool on the terrace which my daughter liked a lot. 2. There's a terrace with a table and chairs where you can sit outside although it's facing the road and the neighbor's house. 2. I like the paintings on the wall (different to what you see here). 3. Chocolates, sweets welcome treat. I'm personally not a big fan of sweets but those made my daughter happy.

1. Very disappointed by the old and small bathroom. Shower water temperature doesn't hold for 3 people to take a shower in a row. Dryer doesn't dry just a single piece of jeans in the machine. 2. I had no problem if the host was only strict for hygienic reasons. But after our stay, I'd like to share the same feeling with some of the previous guests. We went on holiday during the stressful Covid period for a relaxing time and we certainly did not expect to receive more stress and more rules from the host. After a long drive at arrival, the host gave us a long introduction of all the rules about using the property. We have no problem to follow all the rules (and we did follow) and some rules are just common behaviors. But please don't make your guests feel like intruders to your 'lovely home'. Why not just write them on the website or leave a sheet of house rules in the room? During this introduction we also had to sign an agreement to not use paid website. The first experience ever we had in all the past travels! She said she had a bad experience with a Belgian guy. 2. 55Euro paid for cleaning but guests need to put the bed linen in a laundry bag and all towels into the washing machine before checking out. Rubbish sorting is inspected and guests need to throw away the rubbish into the outside bins before checking out. 3. The first 2 days we struggled with wifi, very slow or no connection. We reported to the host 2 times until she said she would reset the modem, which solved the internet problem during the rest of the stay. She repeated she paid the most expensive wifi service to Vodafone and came to knock our door to show us that she had the full signal on her phone. At checking out, she again started a long talk about having a full signal on her phone. No mobile phone signal at this property either. 4. 250 cash deposit at arrival. 5.

Helpfull host and a nice flat with a signifikant personal touch. It is placed around 15 km from center in Baden Baden, but it is Easy to go there by car - and Baden-Baden is all worth it. There is rather good options for easy hiking along wineyards near the flat.

The location was great, the house is very large, it has a beautiful garden with a splendid forest view. It’s easy to reach from Baden Baden. The house is very clean, very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was very friendly.

Sublime séjour à Baden Baden

Bettina est une artiste et aussi une propriétaire exigeante, voilà qui lui permet de louer de sublimes appartements décorés avec soin et en parfait état. L'appartement "une chambre" que nous avons occupé contenait des tableaux réalisés par la propriétaire, ainsi que des éléments de décoration (lustres, miroirs, robinetterie...) rajoutés au fil du temps lors de chinage et qui se répondent par touche. Lorsque le soleil donne on peut apprécier les reflets patinés de ces objets. Nous avons apprécié d'être dans un lieu non aseptisé, original et authentique. Bettina nous a accueilli avec le sourire, on sent qu'elle aime recevoir, elle était présente mais pas intrusive. Alors oui elle demande une caution mais cela garantie aussi le visiteur que les lieux sont bien entretenus. La literie est confortable et douillette. Les enfants ont dormis sur le canapé lit qui se divise en deux lits une place. Ces lits étaient fermes et confortables, plutôt larges, l'ensemble reste esthétique pour profiter du salon lorsqu'on ne dort pas. Nous avons apprécié le chauffage réglable par thermostat, un dans la chambre et un dans le salon, très fonctionnel. Outre la décoration, l'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et paisible, entouré de vergers, de vignes et de forêt. Le cadre est ressourçant et proche de la nature. On accède à Baden Baden centre facilement en un quart d'heure de voiture pour profiter de l'ambiance de la ville. Nous avions choisi de prendre le petit déjeuner pour un matin, et cela a été assez incroyable, Bettina est arrivée avec un chariot sorti de nulle part (je soupçonne une porte dérobée dans le hall) version room service de palace hôtel, magnifiquement garni, avec des céréales, confitures, beurres, miel, assortiment de pains, assiette de fromages et charcuterie, crème, lait, café chaud, chocolat chaud, jus de fruits, le tout bio, à déguster tranquillement.

Der Aufenthalt war enttäuschend, mit kaputtem Duschkopf und unbegründeten Anschuldigungen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment „La Suite“ am 29.11.25 war leider äußerst unzufriedenstellend. Bereits bei der Ankunft mussten wir 250 € Kaution hinterlegen – ein Vorgehen, das ich in dieser Form bei Booking-Buchungen noch nie erlebt habe und das bei uns sofort für Irritation gesorgt hat. Beim ersten Einschalten der oberen Dusche fiel der obere Duschkopf unmittelbar ab. Beim vorsichtigen Versuch, ihn wieder zu befestigen, wurde erkennbar, dass ein bereits gebrochener Plastikring im Gewinde steckte, wodurch der Duschkopf gar nicht stabil montiert werden konnte. Der Defekt bestand somit offensichtlich schon vor unserer Ankunft. Beim Checkout meldete ich diesen Mangel. Zu meiner Überraschung wurde mir jedoch unterstellt, wir hätten den Duschkopf selbst beschädigt – unter anderem mit dem Hinweis, wir hätten angeblich Klimmzüge an der Dusche gemacht. Diese Behauptung ist völlig unbegründet und entspricht in keiner Weise dem tatsächlichen Ablauf unseres Aufenthalts. Das Verhalten der Betreiberin empfand ich als unprofessionell und unangemessen, insbesondere weil sachliche Hinweise auf einen bereits vorhandenen Defekt ignoriert wurden. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass Gäste für bestehende Schäden verantwortlich gemacht werden sollen, um die Kaution einzubehalten. Fazit: Aufgrund dieses Erlebnisses kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Der Umgang mit Mängeln und die Kommunikation mit Gästen waren für uns nicht akzeptabel.

Der Pool ist erst nach 2 Tagen benutzbar. Es war bei der Buchung nicht erkennbar für mich, dass bei dem gebuchten gar kein Pool dabei war. Eine Kaution von 250 Euro fand ich ungewöhnlich.

Estancia decepcionante

Bettina, la propietaria, nos hizo muy incómoda nuestra estancia, su comportamiento fue totalmente inadecuado. Ademas de pedirnos un depósito de 250 euros a la entrada, nos exigió normas muy rígidas durante nuestra estancia. Fuimos en familia con 3 niños pequeños, salimos del apartamento a las 4 de la madrugada para viajar por la noche y en vez de revisar el apartamento la noche anterior, que sería más fácil para todos, nos dijo que a las 4 ella lo revisaba, lo que ya mostraba su desconfianza y encima nos mandó un mensaje a través de Booking de que si no estábamos a las 4 am listos, nos cobraba 20 euros por hora de retraso y al final fuimos nosotros los que tuvimos que despertarla a las 4:15h porque no se presentaba. Parece que la presencia de los niños en su piso le puso nerviosa porque en la revisión del apartamento nos acusó de haberse despegado 1 cm de silicona de la bañera aludiendo a qué había escuchado a los niños dando golpes (porque ella vive en la planta de arriba) y que tenía fotos de que eso no estaba así. Le pedí que me mostrará las fotos pero no lo hizo y finalmente me devolvió el depósito.

Net huisje wel veel op en aanmerkingen

De entourage, daar was zorg aan besteed. De bedden in de slaapkamer waren prima. Het terras was erg fijn. Parkeren voor de deur. De wifi was in orde. De jacouzie was fijn. Alles was schoon.

Het bed wat er extra bij was geplaatst voor onze dochter was veel te smal. Er kwam nauwelijks water uit de douche. 1 stopcontact bij de wasmachine/droger was blijkbaar kapot dus duurde even voordat we daar achter waren. Het keukengerei was summier ( geen schilmesjes, geen kaasschaaf). Je mocht niet met schoenen aan naar binnen. De eigenaresse was té aanwezig. Het duurde superlang voordat de jacouzie op temperatuur was (duurde bijna 1 dag). Als je binnenkwam hadden wij het idee dat er gerookt was. De kosten voor 1 hond was 18 euro. Dat is echt te veel geld. Er is in het huisje ook geen rekening gehouden met een hond.

Wir haben uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert, werden aber nicht wiederkommen.

Wegen meiner Gehbehinderung konnten wir auf den Parkplatz vor der Haustür wechseln (der andere hatte wegen der Hanglage des Hauses einen steilen Zugang)

Unser mittelgroßer Hund (keine 20 kg schwer, keine 50 cm hoch) wurde als großer Hund eingestuft und kostete daher 20 statt 15€ pro Nacht. Keine Terassentür, Zugang nur über den Hausflur. Schlechte Telefon- und Internetverbindungen, sowohl über das D1- und O2-Netz als auch über WLAN. Keine Infomappe, nur mündlicher Vortrag der Vermieterin zu Müllentsorgung, Gerätebedienung etc.. Viele Handtücher und Waschlappen, aber keine Haken in Bad und Küche. Küche sehr eng: Backofentür lässt sich nur zum Teil öffnen, Kühlschranktür öffnet zur falschen Seite und nur im rechten Winkel (da ich etwas kräftiger bin, konnte ich mich eigentlich nur seitlich in der Küche bewegen). Wenig Besteck sodass trotz Spülmaschine häufig von Hand gespült werden musste, wobei der starre Wasserhahn im Weg war. Einrichtung mit viel Gold, gläsernen Lüstern, viele künstliche Blumen und allerlei Nippes.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir hatten heute unseren Cocker mit. Die FeWo ist super ausgestattet, super nette Vermieterin. Wir haben die riesige Terrasse zum Frühstück genutzt und konnten toll in der Sonne chillen. Whirlpool war das highligt 😌
