About this house rental
House on a hill overlooking the entire Noordhoek beach. 4,000 m² lot and the last house on the hill. Large pool. 40 minutes from Cape Town. 5 km to the Indian Ocean. View of the Atlantic Ocean. Full mountain and beach panorama. Wonderful view!
One bedroom with a king-size bed is located on a loft with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom.
Since the house has so many windows, it cannot be completely darkened. There is no TV. We have a sauna in the garden. It has a gas stove and a battery backup—so there’s always power. Large, wild fynbos garden. The house has a battery backup during load shedding and always has internet—even during power outages. There is a gas stove.
Both oceans are within easy reach (5 minutes by car), with restaurants, golf courses, and wineries nearby; supermarkets are not far (5 minutes), and two organic grocery stores are also within 5 minutes. Noordhoek alone has 3 restaurants that rank among the top 50 in the country.
Surfing on the Indian Ocean, bodyboarding on the Atlantic, and diving about 10 minutes away.
Noordhoek is the heart of the Southern Peninsula and is known for its breathtaking beach, horses, and nature. Mountain and ocean views are available.

Thoroughly recommend this property. Miriam was very accommodating with both date and timing changes. The house is very well equipped. Lovely views of Noordhoek beach. Big garden with wonderful bird life and songs. Private pool and sauna. No load shedding problems as house has battery back-up.
Two excellent pubs and a number of good restaurants a short distance away. Food fairs at Noordhoek Village on Wednesday evening and at Cape Point Vineyard on Thursdays not to be missed!
Only constructive criticism is no microwave and no TV/radio, although a huge number of books available to read.
