Aruba Condominiums opened in 2021 and is one of the newest oceanfront complexes in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, offering upscale comforts and state of the art amenities. Just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba is close to some of the area's best shopping and dining. Sunglow Pier, home of the locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant, is just a short stroll away, and local surf shops, convenience stores, and beach parks are all within walking distance.
The expansive oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and surrounded by designer pavers and lush native Florida landscaping, creating a true oceanfront oasis. Other amenities at Aruba include on-site electric vehicle chargers, a spacious fitness center, and a club room.
The moment you enter this 12th floor oceanfront condo, you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The spacious living room overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, with comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV that invite you to enjoy the breathtaking views with family and friends. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar, perfect for hosting meals for the whole group, and includes both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. The adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the ocean. A washer and dryer in the unit add extra convenience.
The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and large windows to take in the ocean views. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a beautiful tiled shower and a double vanity. Both guest bedrooms offer beautiful views of the Halifax River. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a connecting full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, which also has a second entrance from the rest of the condo. The third bedroom also has a queen bed.

Each unit has one reserved parking space in the secure underground garage. Parking for one additional vehicle is available on the main level on a first come, first served basis, but only your assigned space can be guaranteed. Aruba also offers electric vehicle chargers on-site, making it one of the few vacation rental options in the Daytona Beach area where you can charge your EV right where you stay. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles, but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request after your booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. The condo was amazing and highly recommended. Parking passes should be in the packet given by the office and not a scavenger hunt of the lobby.

The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware and silverware along with scissors and cooking utensils. The kitchen was so functional that we ate in all but 2 nights. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The fridge had a water and ice dispenser. A roll of papertowels, rolls of toilet paper and a couple bars of hand soap were provided. The view was spectacular. We watched ospreys and pelicans fly by at eye level. Even a parasailor flew by. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs for the 2 of us. The pool was warm and clean with lounge chairs. Aruba is in a great area with a Publix supermarket nearby. The host provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions trhough a a nice, easily accessible webpageAruba 1203 was a delight.

Everything was great, great location, great new property, all things are new, very clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, great views of the ocean. Just very happy with the stay. Thanks for a great family vacation!! Truly enjoyed it!!
