About this apartment rental
Experience stunning ocean views from our lovely 5th floor unit. This spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy a hassle-free stay with keyless entry and no cleaning fees. You'll have direct beach access and can relax at the pool and spa. Perfect for families, we are delighted to accommodate up to 10 guests! View unobstructed sunrises to start your day and end it with dinner on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by. We also welcome longer stays and snowbirds with a special rate!
General Information about our property:
Parking and entry:
Our condo unit offers one designated parking space below ground. This is accessed using the remote garage door opener or by code. Trailers or commercial vehicles are NOT permitted on property. Please place provided parking passes on display in vehicles throughout your stay to avoid towing. We also allow a 2nd parking pass to be used on the top parking level only, and is first come only.
The trash chute is located by the elevators on the 5th floor. Also by the elevator you’ll find a storage door. Our storage unit is marked with "504" and will have a numbered pad lock. In the storage unit you will find a beach wagon, beach chairs and a beach bag with toys (may vary) . You are welcome to store additional items during your stay. We do ask that all supplies used at the beach are rinsed thoroughly prior to returning to the storage area.
Pool/Spa: Please follow all posted rules & note the hours are from dawn to dusk.
Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply some coffee, and a fully equip kitchen. There is a fire extinguisher located under the sink. We also provide basic cleaning supplies and a starter supply of dish washing soaps.
A/C: Please ensure that the thermostat does not go below 68° and please do not leave the sliding door or windows open while running the air conditioning.
Noise:
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate you honoring the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Please use care when moving furniture, indoors & on balcony. Noise easily travels on from balcony to balcony as well.
Laundry:
There is a laundry and dryer available for your use. Starter soap provided.
General:
Please do not hang any towels or other items from the railing at the entry or on the balcony. Additionally please make sure any items that are on the balcony are secure as the winds can change at any time. We are not responsible for any items dropped or fallen from balcony. Please do not discard ice and coolers or any other material from the balcony. Smoking is not permitted in the building or in our unit. Fireworks are not allowed on property at all.
Please use black face towels for makeup removal.
Technology:
All the TVs are smart TVs - you can log into your own streaming services. The television in the master bedroom and the living room do offer spectrum cable as well.

The beach and condo was beautiful. Checkin was easy and had easy communication with the property manager. Summertime stays are a bit more busy as expected, but still relaxing. Daytona is finally returning to the way it was before Hurricane Ian. The Aruba has done a nice job repairing unlike some other condos in the area. For anyone staying in the area, I'd highly recommend Cinnamon Tree Cafe and Cherry Hill Ice Cream!

The property was as described and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The elevators are very fast at Aruba which is a huge plus.

Something for everyone. Came here for our annual Daytona 500 festivities. All of us enjoyed the stunning views from our beautiful condo. The condo was spacious and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. First time staying in Daytona Shores and it is our new happy place. Jennifer was a wonderful host. Very thorough and responsive. The unit was very clean and well maintained.
