The Aruba boasts an assigned parking space per unit with additional first-come-first-serve parking spaces. The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, electric car chargers, and a club room.
Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The primary bedroom also includes a Dozier chair which folds out to allow an additional sleeping area for a smaller adult or child. The prmiary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The primary bathroom includes a grab bar and low ledge in the shower for those with accessability needs. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. We’ve stayed at this property before and it did not disappoint!! It's a beautiful condo with many amenities!! Any concerns were dealt with swiftly. There was some construction that we weren’t aware of, but I guess they have to do maintenance at some point!! Would definitely recommend for families!!

Stay was Average at best. Not as nice as Condos we have stayed at in Daytona Shores before and it was Much more expensive. Thought this time we would pay more to have a More luxury place but the only plus was that it had larger rooms which was nice but not worth 2 times the price in our opinion. Other notes the Main TV in family room was not working due to no HDMI cord. Batteries missing from remotes. Water filter in Fridge expired, Dining Chair was dangerously loose and overall the unit was not a clean as we expected for a Luxury Condo. These items were fixed on Monday of our stay but Saturday and Sunday we did without. The biggest problem with the room was the Master Bed was literally on the Floor! The Frame was Missing! We found it in the Closet in broken pieces. The rental company, although Very Nice, (everyone we spoke to in the offuce was very nice and couteous) did nothing about that problem. And only agreed to refund 200 dollars on the last day of our stay after a few more calls. Hoping this is helpful to others considering a stay. We will not be staying in another Oceans Luxury Rental condo again.
