Aruba Condominiums opened in 2021 and is one of the newest oceanfront complexes in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, offering upscale comforts and state of the art amenities. Just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba is close to some of the area's best shopping and dining. Sunglow Pier, home of the locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant, is just a short stroll away, and local surf shops, convenience stores, and beach parks are all within walking distance.
The expansive oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and surrounded by designer pavers and lush native Florida landscaping, creating a true oceanfront oasis. Other amenities at Aruba include on-site electric vehicle chargers, a spacious fitness center, and a club room.
The moment you enter this 7th floor oceanfront condo, you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The spacious living room overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, with comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar, perfect for hosting meals for the whole group. The adjacent dining area seats 6, with 3 additional bar stools, and is surrounded by windows overlooking the ocean. A washer and dryer in the unit add extra convenience.
The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and large windows to take in the ocean views. It also includes a chair that folds out into an extra sleeping spot for a child or smaller adult. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a beautiful tiled shower and a double vanity, and the shower has a grab bar and a low ledge for guests with accessibility needs. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a connecting full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, which also has a second entrance from the rest of the condo. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Each unit has one reserved parking space in the secure underground garage. Parking for one additional vehicle is available on the main level on a first come, first served basis, but only your assigned space can be guaranteed. Aruba also offers electric vehicle chargers on-site, making it one of the few vacation rental options in the Daytona Beach area where you can charge your EV right where you stay. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles, but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request after your booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you by email to collect a photo ID and an e-signed rental agreement. If you book anywhere other than Airbnb and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at the time of booking, we will also need a photo of you holding your ID to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you book on Airbnb, the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies, and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Accommodations were as advertised! Beds were comfortable. There was 7 of us. Took family there for spring break. Room was on beach. Watched the shuttle take off. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stay was Average at best. Not as nice as Condos we have stayed at in Daytona Shores before and it was Much more expensive. Thought this time we would pay more to have a More luxury place but the only plus was that it had larger rooms which was nice but not worth 2 times the price in our opinion. Other notes the Main TV in family room was not working due to no HDMI cord. Batteries missing from remotes. Water filter in Fridge expired, Dining Chair was dangerously loose and overall the unit was not a clean as we expected for a Luxury Condo. These items were fixed on Monday of our stay but Saturday and Sunday we did without. The biggest problem with the room was the Master Bed was literally on the Floor! The Frame was Missing! We found it in the Closet in broken pieces. The rental company, although Very Nice, (everyone we spoke to in the offuce was very nice and couteous) did nothing about that problem. And only agreed to refund 200 dollars on the last day of our stay after a few more calls. Hoping this is helpful to others considering a stay. We will not be staying in another Oceans Luxury Rental condo again.
