The oceanfront primary suite hosts its own private balcony entrance, a king bed, office desk, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite primary bathroom boasts a double granite vanity, Jacuzzi tub, private toilet closet, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom boasts both a queen bed and a twin bunk bed as well as a mounted TV. The ensuite guest bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and double vanity. The third bedroom has a full bed, twin bed, and mounted TV with a full bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
