Vom August 10 through, tentatively, the end of December 2026, the B 202 between Friedrichstadt and Bütteleck will undergo extensive repairs. The signposted detour runs directly past the Reethus Koldenbüttel. This may result in increased traffic and occasional noise disturbances, especially on weekdays. This has already been factored into the pricing—the rental rate has been reduced by 30%.
The location
This vacation home is located outside of Koldenbüttel, between Husum and Friedrichstadt, in a secluded setting. An ideal starting point for exploring North Frisia.
The Amenities
Small details, such as the beautifully preserved doors and floors, highlight the charm of this quaint and rustic thatched-roof cottage, which can accommodate up to four people. The vacation home features two large bedrooms, a living room with a cozy sofa and satellite TV, a very well-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartments, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker (filter size 4), and a cozy dining area. A washing machine is also available in the modern bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen, you can step out onto a sheltered patio with garden chairs, offering a fantastic view over the fields.
Make yourself right at home! In the large garden (including a fenced-off paddock), you can relax and wind down at the end of the day. The patio area, as well as part of the garden, is fenced in.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt, wunderschöne Lage, eingezäumter Garten was für den Hund ideal war, wir haben die Ruhe genossen und den traumhaften Blick, optimale Lage für Ausflüge und anschließend jeden Tag zu Fuss (ca. 200m) zum Cafe Tutgut!
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes altes Haus, mit Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Gut ausgestattet. Uns hat besonders die Alleinlage gefallen. Und das der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren nach 6 Jahren mal wieder an der Nordsee und hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in einem super schönem Haus, mit toller Lage
