About this apartment rental
A Comfortable Vacation in the Countryside: Our “Sophie” vacation rental invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a peaceful setting, far from the hustle and bustle of Witzwort on Eiderstedt.
Location
Our comfortably furnished two-room vacation apartment is located in the quaint village of Witzwort on Eiderstedt, on a farm, just 10 km from Husum with its idyllic harbor and lively downtown, and only 30 km from Sankt Peter-Ording with its beautiful sandy beaches. The center of Witzwort and the local grocery store are only about a 10-minute walk away.
Amenities
The approximately 100-square-meter ground-floor vacation apartment is modern and elegantly furnished. The living room features a large sofa bed (160 x 200), a leather armchair, a smart TV (satellite), and a Bluetooth sound system. The dining table seats up to 4 people. The modern, open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combo. Off the living room is the furnished south-facing terrace and the dog-proof fenced-in garden.
After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax in the separate bedroom, which features a double box-spring bed (180x200) with electrically adjustable slatted frames. A TV is also available here.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in rain shower, toilet, towel warmer, and washing machine, rounds out the experience.
The rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
Special Features
Dogs are welcome. The fenced-in garden (fence height: 1.20 m) provides plenty of space. There are no steps from the parking lot to the front door (ramp), and the door threshold is low. Therefore, this accommodations are also suitable for wheelchair users. We’re happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi. Bicycles can be parked in the carport. Parking spaces are available right next to the house.
A starter set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.
A paradise for children, too: On the farm, there are gentle Noriker geldings, goats, sheep, and cattle for the kids to pet.
