About this house rental
A cozy atmosphere with a wood-burning stove and sauna! Just a stone’s throw from Tönning Harbor.
Location
Our new vacation home (built in 2023) is located in the historic district of Tönning, about 200 m from the harbor and about 10 km from the North Sea. The seawater swimming pool and the (green) beach are only about 1,500 m away.
St.-Peter-Ording, with its beautiful sandy beaches, is about a 20-minute drive (22 km) away.
You’ll find shopping options and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Amenities
The approximately 95-square-meter vacation home, spread over three levels, welcomes you with a spacious and light-filled living area featuring an open, very well-equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop with range hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a kettle, and a toaster).
The bright dining area invites you to enjoy pleasant moments with friends and family while looking out onto the beautifully landscaped, fenced-in garden. Enjoy the tranquility by the crackling fireplace with a good book or watch a thrilling movie on the large flat-screen TV (Magenta TV).
The shower room with a toilet and the entryway round out the first floor.
An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which features two spacious bedrooms (beds: 180 x 200, wardrobes). All windows in the bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds.
A highlight is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Another staircase leads to the sauna area.
Garden furniture is available on the sheltered terrace. The fenced-in garden is perfect for relaxing and barbecuing.
Special Features
Underfloor heating throughout the house creates a cozy atmosphere. Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome in this house. We’re happy to provide you with Wi-Fi. Depending on the time of day, you can also use and enjoy the balcony with seating in addition to the patio.
You can park your car in a reserved parking space in the courtyard, which you can reach via “Neustadt” Street (in the left-hand parking section, the 5th from the right, No. 21).
Your car and bicycles can be safely stored in the garage (not suitable for low-riding cars).
An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
