This 51 m² apartment offers two bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms with showers, a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a small outdoor terrace — perfect for a quick coffee. Located on the 1st floor of a traditional building (no elevator), it blends charm with quirks: creaky wooden floors, interior bathrooms, and street noise, especially on weekends. There’s no A/C, but fans and heaters are provided. Parking is paid and limited, and the apartment sits at the top of a hill with cobbled streets. The outdoor area is accessible through other apartments and not fully private. Construction nearby may cause some daytime noise. Ideal for urban explorers who value location, culture, and local flavor.

We had a fantastic stay in Espe’s and Jim’s apartment. As advertised, each room had ocean views. The apartment is designed very well and had lots of utensils and cookware. The communication with Espe was very proactive and you always got an answer to any questions within minutes. You really felt you lived in your own house and we did not want to leave 😁. We want to come back asap. I can highly recommend this place and it is only a 10 min walk to the praia and promenade.

Nice and clean apartment suitable for four persons. We didn’t think the neighbourhood was so nice however. Unclean, rough and it felt a little unsafe. Close to almost everything though.
The outdoors parts of the apartment didn’t by far meet our expectations. Dark, unclean and nothing like the pictures.
