Decent air con and good amount of space

Very steep steps in and out, some rough characters around surrounding streets at night.

Прежде всего,отношение персонала и сама квартира, в которой всё было новое и чистое..достаточно посуды, постоянно была горячая вода, отлично работал кондиционер. И второе-месторасположение..100 метров и ты в самом центре ,рядом метро, автобусы, знаменитый жёлтый трамвай, супермаркет.

Нужно внимательно читать описание квартиры и понимать подходит ли она конкретно Вам.. Действительно лесенка не для пожилых, нет стиральной машины, иногда отключалось электричество, но проблему быстро решали..

Die Treppe bis zur obersten Unterkunft ist eine Zumutung. Absolut ungeeignet für ältere Personen, unsportliche oder etwas festere Personen. Mit Koffer ist die Treppe ebenfalls gefährlich. Das Doppelbett ist ein ausklappbares Sofa, das Polster in etwa so dünn wie das Sitzkissen eines Liegestuhls.

The layout of the apartment worked well for us, we were 3 friends travelling and the apartment had a room with 3 single beds with a separate living area. The apartment was clean and quiet. The location was very good, within short walking distance from the Rossio metro stop.

The facilities in the apartment were quite basic, and we had some issues with the shower - the shower head kept falling down so we had to just hold it while showering, and on the first day we ran out of hot water after one shower. After that we learned to shower at different times of the day and then it was fine. Storage space was limited, with just one small rail with hangers. It was a good place for a short stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the apartment. Also there are some very steep, narrow steps up to the apartment so beware if you're carrying a lot of luggage!
