Location , hospitality, ease of check-in, comfortable beds. Good amount of space for a travelling family .
No clothes line . We Used balcony railing instead.

Loved the space for the family. 2 bathrooms was a bonus too. Handy location down narrow steep streets to rossio square, so great location to get around. Mae's kitchen was literally a 3 minute walk and was a great price, lovely food and nice people, we went twice 😀 Had everything we needed. We also got a welcome bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture and appreciated.
One bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Clean, good space, well equipped, very quiet.
Not over keen on the location, down a very narrow road, good walk into central areas. Would benefit from redecorating (water leaks around the windows) and upgrading the bedding, towels and providing some toiletries.
