• 50 steps from your back porch to your private screened gazebo snuggled in a maritime forest with lights, ceiling fan, dining area, and cozy conversation pit;
• 95 steps from your front door to the start of your boardwalk through the enchanting maritime forest, dunes, and wide south-island beach;
• 120 steps from your front door to the island bike path (15 miles of uninterrupted natural beauty and history);
• 170 steps to enter the state protected forest featuring miles of walking and biking trails, marsh lookouts, ancient live oaks, and sea birds aplenty;
• 9-minute walk to water park; and
• ¼ mile to Starbucks inside the Courtyard Marriott next door for those of you who need a taste of city life.
Inside this beautifully decorated ocean home you will find room for 10, including four bedrooms, four and one-half baths, loft sleeping area, dining and great room, kitchen, screened and unscreened porches, a private gazebo, laundry room and more. Three of the four rooms are primary suites with their own private baths! One suite is downstairs and two are upstairs.

The house was very large and allowed for everyone to have plenty of room. It was also very close to beach and pool. The house needed better cleaning and furniture deep cleaning. Many perks like bikes and rafts were available for use. We Always used the same rental company but this time was very disappointed in the company. When a human had large poop accident in gated pool area (kids were also tracking it), and they didn’t help resolve issue and said it was HOA problem but wouldn’t give me contact number or offer to contact someone. My son and I used container of chlorine whips and found hose to wash area down. At the last minute my husband came and we had to bring a psychiatric service dog( Not emotional support dog) we notified realty company. We later was informed by neighbor that owner wasn’t notified. I would go Jekyll any day of week and in the past the service was outstanding. I know what happened in pool area was not a normal thing but it will keep us from using them again.
