Great space and a fantastic heated pool made for an enjoyable stay, and the host was very responsive. However, the home was extremely minimally stocked and had a few maintenance issues, which led to multiple store trips and some inconvenience throughout the week.⸻Overall Stay ReviewWe had a nice stay overall and the home worked well for our group, with a few inconveniences worth noting for future guests.Pros:The house had plenty of space, making it easy for everyone to spread out comfortably.Beds and linens were comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.The overall temperature of the home was comfortable during our stay.The home is relatively centrally located on the island, with convenient access to a few restaurants and the main bike path.It is technically beachfront, which is a nice feature depending on timing and expectations.The pool was a highlight—a great size, heated well, and definitely worth the extra fee, especially since the weather wasn’t great during part of our stay. We appreciated that it was saltwater as well.The owner was very responsive and communicative, quickly addressing an issue when one bathroom started to back up. It was handled promptly and didn’t lead to any major problems.Appliances worked well, and the kitchen was functional with adequate cookware and utensils.The Xbox 360 and games were a fun bonus, and there was a large DVD selection available.The balcony was a nice space to relax.

All good. Need to make sure there are plenty of dishwasher pods, kitchen garbage bags, kitchen towels. Also - TV in single queen room up stairs difficult to work. Recommend a new lock box as this one is tempermental.

Great kitchen, well stocked. Good pots and pans. Pool was heated and private. Private yard big enough to set up a badminton set. Living area was huge. Easy access to ocean. Deer came to visit every evening. The stairs were a challenge for me as I have very bad knees but well worth the effort. The second-floor deck is a great place to watch the stars. There are stairs to get to the beach also.

Excellent property for hosting other families—spacious and the pool was entertaining for the kids. We were excited to see the bicycles in the garage but they were locked. Basic kitchen supplies and toilet paper were sparse. This is a well used, tired place.
