About this house rental
NEWLY RENOVATED INSIDE AND OUT!
A terrific 5-bedroom, 5-bath oceanfront home (one bedroom/bath is a detached mother-in-law suite), with a large upstairs screen porch overlooking the beautiful private back yard. Features an open room between the kitchen and living room with a breakfast bar.
Beach Access is just outside the back gate.
Guests of this home enjoy a pool pass to the Holiday Inn.
Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. NO PETS.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Our family had a wonderful vacation! Lots of beach time, pool time at the Days Inn, great seafood at Jekyll restaurants, bicycling for the younger folks, board games around the table, and so much more. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

The state of GA had a Rotary Convention on Jekyll island. I was concerned about having enough hotel rooms so I looked for a large house and found this one. It was perfect! Five couples stayed here, and had a great “home base” for the four day conference. The house it easy for us to “build goodwill a better friendships”, a staple in the life of a Rotarian.We finished a 1000 piece puzzle, played bocce ball on the beach, ate a lot of great food, and the house facilitated a easy going great time together!

I did summit a review...apparently it wasn’t what you wanted. If they would compensate for the ac not working and having to sleep in floor downstairs last w nights
