House and pool were great. Although not the most updated house, it was extremely comfortable. Communication with the property manager was just okay.

Overall, very good rental. The house was clean, roomy and nice. Kitchen was well stocked although we did not use it very much for cooking. The bedrooms were ok, but the mattress, sheets, and bedspread for the master kingsize bedroom on the second floor should be changed out. The outside decks were a good place to sit to enjoy the mornings or afternoon. We did not use the pool but it

This house is well cared for! The elevator was a nice touch to bring groceries in. Comfortable seating for all (we had 7 Adults and 3 kids). Only negative we found was the upstairs bedroom bed (2nd bedroom on the right) really needs to be replaced. You can feel every spring in the bed and it sinks in the middle. Kitchen is well equipped. Loved the two story balcony. The top balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Overall property was very good. The upstairs carpets were all stained and had an odor as if prior guest had pets. All mattresses need replaced and would recommend another key-less entry on lower level to enter the house with a code and possibly an additional refrigerator on lower level.
