Upon entering you are greeted by a series of inviting spaces, designed for both entertainment and relaxation. The cozy family room features a brick fireplace while the heart of the home is a sun-drenched great room with lofty ceilings, opening into a well-appointed kitchen. The dining room connects to a large, screened porch, blending indoor and outdoor living.
The generously sized bedrooms provide private retreats for guests. On the main floor, a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath offers comfort and convenience, along with two twin bedrooms that share a full bath off the hallway.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bath, private balcony, and a spiral staircase leading to an observatory with breathtaking ocean views. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with its own ensuite bath. The top floor features a loft with a ping pong table and foosball table, all with panoramic ocean views.

Bathrooms not clean. Mold in master shower. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. One of the double ovens not working. Induction cookware required so you can leave that big skillet home. Had to buy a griddle to cook breakfast. Outside property unkept. Soffits rotting, outside light fixture disconnected and hanging. Mail box falling over, etc. it’s a beautiful home just not being properly maintained.
