Welcome to MODERN ROCK, a two bedroom apartment nestled in a historic bourgeois building in the heart of the Carré d’Or in Nice.
Be captivated by the exposed stonework and optimized layout, making it perfect for a stay with family or friends. The apartment offers fiber-optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room.
You’ll be right in the center of Nice, just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, the pedestrian area, Place Masséna, and Jean Médecin avenue. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, with several restaurants at the foot of the building—this can lead to some noise in the evening.
Situated on the 1st floor with an elevator, MODERN ROCK provides a prime location to fully enjoy the Niçois lifestyle.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room includes a nice sofa, a large smart TV, a coffee table and a "high dining table".
There is air conditioning.
In the hallway there are many cupboards and the washing machine.
KITCHEN:
The american kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
BEDROOM 1:
Bedroom 1 includes a comfortable double bed, a discreet office area, two storage cupboards and air conditioning.
BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 consists of two nice stone columns with a single bed, a desk, two cupboards, a safe and air conditioning.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a relaxed atmosphere thanks to its green reflections and includes a walk-in shower, a towel hook and a hairdryer.
The toilets are independent.

The « boutique » Conciergerie located in the center of Nice will be present to assist you throughtout your whole stay.

Good apartment in the city centre with all needed equipment. Up to 10min walk to the main points so there was no need to use transport. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the window in the main room is classy!
It would be good to make a ventilation in the bathroom , after taking shower the humidity in the bathroom is too high.

We enjoyed this sunny apartment with several windows . The apartment was suitable for one or possibly two people. It had a good washing machine and lots of closet space. The kitchen while very small was equipped with good quality appliances but was no oven. We are and older couple and we found the kitchen table kitchen table and the very high chairs challenging for us to use. The location was fabulous and and rental agency was very nice to work with. There was a Karaoke bar downstairs that was very loud on weekends .

The apartment itself had everything we could wish for. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. Also the location is very good in the heart of Nice. Close to the shops, to the seafront and the train station to explore the city and the French Riviera.

Compact clean apartment but very difficult to open windows in main bedroom as room very small and window in small single room blocked out so limited light or fresh air. This was not made clear. Noise from below kept us awake every night from (again this was not made clear). Street was unclean and night time full of drunk people smoking weed! Broken clothes drying rack. Dishwasher was also broken but fixed quickly by the agency.
