Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright living room, tastefully furnished and featuring a comfortable one-and-a-half-size sofa bed, a dining table for six people, and a TV unit. The living room opens onto a large terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors, while feeling the lake breeze. Adjacent to the living room, you will find a separate kitchen, fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, and crockery, perfect for catering to all your culinary needs. Between the living room and the kitchen, there is a convenient service bathroom with a sink and toilet. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two double rooms, ideal for relaxation, and one with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. A second full bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, sink, bidet, and bathtub, offers maximum comfort. One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge will be available to answer any questions about the apartment and the area. Upon your arrival, the concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and be at your disposal throughout your stay. Upon departure, the concierge will ensure that your experience was perfect. Our concierge service is also available via chat, ensuring fast and personalized assistance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50.00 E will apply. Additionally, a security deposit of 150.00 E is required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to the apartment’s condition being checked.
