About this house rental
Villa Lilla is a beautiful historic residence on the beach of San Vincenzo. Renovated a few years ago, the house has luxurious furnishings, with fine finishes, for total comfort.
The house is located in Via Sardegna 8, in the center of San Vincenzo, a few steps from the pedestrian course and the tourist port. The beach in front of the house is both free and equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, the water is low and very clear.

The accommodation
Villa Lilla is located directly on the beach, a stone's throw from the center of San Vincenzo. Recently renovated with quality materials, it can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. It has 4 terraces, and has a total area of 208 square meters.
The entire second floor of the house will be one of our exclusive guests. They will have the opportunity to enjoy the open spaces, thanks to the 4 terraces in the house and furnished with outdoor lounges.
The house has every comfort:
- double beds in solid wood with wooden slats
- large bathroom with tub and shower
-bathroom with shower and crystal box, stone coverings
- large solid wood kitchen with stone tops and large central island
- hand-painted stone dining table
-air conditioning in every room (hot / cold)
-heating
-washing machine and dryer
- laundry terrace
- outdoor washbasin on the terrace
-oven
- refrigerator with LED display
- large cooking surface
-axis and iron
It is possible to rent a parking space or box in the underground parking near the house.
The house is located in Via Sardegna n. 8, then directly in the center of San Vincenzo, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and all activities, including the new Marina di San Vincenzo.
A few minutes from the house are the best restaurants on the coast.
Excursions to Elba Island, Capraia and Pianosa depart daily from the tourist port of San Vincenzo.
The train station is 300 meters away.
The train station is 300 meters away and connects San Vincenzo to neighboring countries, as well as to Pisa, Florence, Rome, Siena.
There are also numerous buses that connect the center to the natural parks and to the more distant beaches.
There are also rentals of motorcycles, cars, bicycles, boats, rafts.
