La posizione è ottima, la struttura ha molto potenziale e la piscina è bella e tenuta bene
La mancanza di elementi ormai essenziali come le zanzariere alle finestre (ci sono moltissime zanzare), gli spazi esterni per mangiare come tavoli e sedie sono tenuti male e talvolta sporchi, la cucina manca di alcuni elementi fondamentali come le presine per cucinare e la porta d'ingresso vetrata e coperta solo da una tenda semitrasparente non è una buona idea né per la privacy né per la luce che entra fin dal mattino presto.

C'è un generale abbandono della struttura. Materassi e cuscini in cui si sentivano le molle e avvallamenti non consentono di riposare. Insonorizzazione con le unità adiacenti inesistente. Wi Fi praticamente senza banda e quindi inutilizzabile.
