Les clés étaient sur la porte du logement. Nous sommes passés à l'agence immobilière avant d'aller à ce logement et nous avons eu les explications de réception du logement par l'agence. L'agence nous a fait télécharger une application sur nos portables qui expliquent la route à prendre pour se rendre au logement et donne quelques informations et règles de co-propriété.
A notre arrivée, l'agence nous a informés que l'air conditionné devait être payé, alors qu'aucune information de ce type ne nous avait été communiquée en amont de notre réservation (air conditionné noté inclus dans les services). Un compteur soi-disant dédié à l'air conditionné se trouvant derrière la porte d'entrée du logement devait être pris en photo à notre arrivée, et à notre départ une photo de ce même compteur devait être envoyée à l'agence pour régularisation du paiement. Or ce compteur n'est absolument pas dédié à l'air conditionné mais est tout bonnement le compteur électrique qui bien entendu tourne même sans que l'air conditionné ne soit mis en marche (il tourne au minimum pour le réfrigérateur). Donc plutôt mécontents de ce type de surprises. La démarche honnête serait de prévenir de ce genre de frais AVANT l'arrivée des clients et aussi d'arrêter de dire que le compteur est un compteur purement 'air conditionné'.

Our 3 bedroomed apartment was very spacious, with a large kitchen-diner-lounge, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool was a big hit with the family and the surroundings were beautiful. Paola was accommodating with check-in and out and was on hand throughout our stay.
With late afternoon check-ins, it would have been easier if beds were made up. The bathrooms were a little dated and we weren’t expecting the aircon to come at an additional cost, although Paola made sure we were aware of this at the start of our stay.

Het appartement is lekker ruim en was goed schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het terras is overdekt, zodat je koel kan zitten overdag.
Het zwembad is erg fijn en je hebt je eigen ligbedjes en parasol. Het was zeer rustig aan het zwembad, waar wij van houden. Aan het zwembad staan mooie cipressen, oleanders en olijfboom.
We hadden een aantal issues met een wespennest en defecte airco, maar dat werd zeer snel opgelost.
De locatie is dicht bij het centrum, de supermarkten en de zee natuurlijk.
Het terras grenst aan het terras van de buren. Er zit een open scherm tussen. Dat hebben wij zelf dichtgemaakt met een deken ivm privacy.
De badkamers waren ok, maar wel wat ouder.

Välutrustad lägenhet som var perfekt för 6 personer. Lägenhet 1 har sin trädgård/matplats ut mot poolen med bra wifi vilket passade oss perfekt! Diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och en lyxig kaffemaskin gjorde semestern enkel. Grillen användes också flitigt. Värdarna tipsade om bästa strandhugget där det var enkelt att fixa parkering. San Vicenzio är perfekt om du har planer för mycket sol och bad, fantastik sandstrand med gott om solsängar att hyra. Bilderna på Villa Santa Maria stämmer väldigt bra och poolområdet är härligt att hänga kring för hela familjen. Missa inte att boka ett oförglömligt restaurangbesök i Bolgheri, 20 minuter bort med bil, absolut värt en kvällsutflykt!
