Very nice but a bit tense because of so many rules to watch

Very clean and nice

Too much rules to pay attention to, it was a bit stressful despite the fact I think I am a trustworthy and frequent traveler but there were many fees if we left something there or didn’t take out trash, etc

Never again near to the sea sight

The beach was close.

It was dirty, On the first day we had to do some cleaning. After 5 minutes being in the apartment my 7 year old daughter told us the floor is dirty. The door of the shower was broken, we were not able to close it. The owner tried to fix it and after that it was better; she promisied to come back the next day to replace the whole door wich had not happened. All the water pipes are running and quite hard to close them. Sometimes the hot water is gone, just for fun. The coffee machine was broken which was fixed by the owner after one day. The apartment is 10m far away from the railway. It was loud! The main air-conditiion is loud. The very next neighbor is an open-area party place. The party ends at midnight. It was loud! After 6am some trucks arrive to fill the storage of the supermarket (2 floor below the windows of the apartment) and starts to compress some of the boxes with some industrial device. It was loud! The main street of the village (where the apartment is) is loud during the night. Was not the best choice for a family.

Superb

Elettra was THE perfect host. She made sure that everything was great for us and even sent a huge document about the area and what to do/see. The apartment was lovely and very clean and there were grapes and cookies. We loved the balcony and the location next to the beach.

The bed was a bit squeaky but that’s really minor.

We enjoyed the place, comfortable and nice, kids were happy, the owner very kind and helpful. Close to the beach and city centre. Parking available for extra charge in the building. Shopping - the supermarket in the building, pizza in front of the appartment.

La casa era comoda, e spaziosa eravamo 5 adulti e una bimba di un anno, ci hanno fornito il lettino e il seggiolone, ed era fornita di ogni confort . A due passi dal centro, per la passeggiata serale piena di vita. Conad sotto casa comodissimo.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit super Lage.

Die Organisation und Übergabe haben super geklappt, freundlich. Es ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Super möglichkeit zum Einkaufen und sehr schnell am Strand. Wir würden die Wohung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es liegt an der Bahnlinie, dies hat und persönlich nicht gestört. Ich hätte mir ein wenig mehr Verstauungsmöglichkeiten gewünscht, im Badezimmer z.B. (dies ist jedoch mekern auf höchtem Niveau).

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, arredato molto bene, completo di tutti i servizi. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per arrivare in spiaggia, che si trova a pochi passi, e in centro del paese (circa 600 metri). Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Niet goed genoeg om nog eens terug te keren.

Dicht bij het strand en het centrum. De ramen houden herrie buiten goed tegen.indeling van het appartement is prima.

Balkon is erg klein en niet echt bruikbaar. Ook is de herrie van trein en omgeving te groot om rustig te zitten. San Vincenzo heeft mooi zandstrand, maar bijna alleen maar betaalde plekken. Verder heeft San Vincenzo weinig te bieden.

Sentirsi a casa

Appartamento pulitissimo e arredato con gusto a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e dalla via principale. Al piano terra c'è un supermarket Conad e a 500 metri una Coop e un fontanello per l'acqua potabile. Quando si affitta una casa per le vacanze quasi sempre mancano le cose utili, al nostro arrivo invece abbiamo trovato il necessario per una o due colazioni, acqua minerale, i condimenti, il detersivo per il bucato, un phon, un set completo di piatti, pentole, posate e utensili per la cucina. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Personale super efficiente, ci ha accolti una signora molto gentile e simpatica che ci ha spiegato le regole base. Lo staff non solo era reperibile su WhatsApp per ogni problema, ma in un'occasione sono stato contattato per sapere se tutto andava bene e se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Lo consiglierò sicuramente e probabilmente ci torneremo.

Se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli, la camera da letto aveva una finestra a soffitto che non era completamente oscurata, per cui la mattina presto filtrava già la luce del sole.

Breve sosta a San Vincenzo

Bella struttura completa di tutto quello che può servire per soggiorno al mare. In pieno centro. Facile da raggiungere. Checkin in autonomia ma molto semplice. Ci hanno fatto trovare kit di benvenuto e non mancava veramente niente

La vicinanza con la linea ferroviaria. Quando passa il treno il rumore è molto forte. Il piccolo terrazzino non utilizzabile per la presenza delle bocche della aria condizionata. La struttura in esterno sembra avere lavori in corso
