The rental is one bedroom (queen bed); large bathroom (shower and jet/spa tub); a dining room (setting for four); a living room (wood stove); washer and dryer; and a full kitchen. The unit is the upper unit of the Jackrabbit estate. The upper unit has a private staircase access. The Estate has wifi and 42" smart TV for entertainment. No Cleaning Fees! Well behaved pets are welcome ($25/day).

We enjoyed the quiet location on River Rd and the well equipped house.
The location is great to access historic downtown area and all the hiking trails .
We would definitely stay again

Durango is a wonderful area close to nature as well as being in a small town in nature! If one needs a place to turn off the world! Remember that is your choice (this location does have awesome connection) so if you need that great! But the owners are also very accommodating but respectful of your privacy too! We use VRBO and related this is a top stay!

JRE was the PERFECT place to stay. It was immaculate. The location was the best. We were 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The owners are lovely people. We were a couple of days late getting there and they gave us the extra days on the end of our stay. The house had every amenity one could ask for. The views are incredible. We will definitely be back!!🤗

We absolutely loved this little home.. It was comfortable, inviting, warm, and definitely felt like home! Love the little fireplace! The kitchen had everything that you could need! Comfortable beds! She's like butter! And the jetted tub was a bonus! And only 10 minutes from the center of Durango! 5 minutes to Walmart!! Lolol A stunningly little jem in Durango! Can't wait to go back!
