Our 1 bedroom (loft) and 1.5 bathroom condo is all about it's location near the heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 5 blocks (less then a 10 minute walk) from Historic Main Street and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries.
There is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features Central AC, a washer/dryer and small balcony. Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop. Please note stairs are required to reach the the condo (with additional stairs to reach to the 2nd floor where the berdoom is located). If you are not able to do stairs, please do not book this condo.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with Ensuite Bath-Second Floor
Main Living Space - Queen Blow up mattress (w/pump), Main Floor
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

All & all pretty good. The getting into the apartment was difficult as we weren’t given the code for the door into building. Called the number provided and all was good, but should have had code beforehand.

Great location to visit the college in town. Convenient to downtown restaurants, shops and numerous hiking trails. Clean townhome with all essential items needed for a comfortable trip.

Our first 2 days would have earned 5 stars for all. However, roof maintenance for the last two days dropped the stars. Having a blue tarp cover the balcony and all outside windows, trucks coming in and out, people walking on the roof above your bedroom did not make the final days enjoyable. It also made parking very difficult. We understand the HOA did not inform them ahead of time, however, it should not have been rented for those days. We were offered a discount for our next stay, but would have rather had a reimbursement for the inconvenience.
