Newly renovated historic home in the heart of downtown Durango. Walk or bike to Main Avenue ( distance of 5 blocks ) where you will find charming boutiques, restaurants, the iconic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, the beautiful Animas river plus hiking and biking trails in every direction.
Professionally decorated with comfort and style in mind, the space feels both cozy and refined. The perfect home base for your Durango getaway.
DOG POLICY:
1 dog or 2 small dogs ( under 25 lbs each )
We absolutely love welcoming your furry family members! Our home is dog friendly, and we want both you and your pup to have a comfortable stay.
Please do not leave dogs loose in the home while you are away. Unattended dogs can become anxious, bark, damage furnishings, or have accidents.
If you need to leave your dog at the property while you are away, they must be securely kenneled/crated and left for a reasonable period of time.
If your plans require your dog to be alone for an extended period, please make arrangements for a dog-sitter, daycare, or boarding facility. I am happy to provide you some contacts if needed.
