Wild Horse is very near to world class mountain bike trails, the river and river trail, downtown Durango, Durango Natural Foods Market.
There is parking in the driveway. However walking is great because everything is pretty close.

This house was exactly as described. Very good location. We even walked our dogs to the river walk from our house. Speaking about dogs, the backyard was wonderful! Huge and completely fenced. I travel with my dogs a bit and they were so welcoming here and didn't hesitate at all (which isn't always the case with others)The kitchen had everything needed to cook with, but with the location around some good restaurants, we didn't need it. The beds were Very comfortable. Even though there is only one bathroom, it's a good size and had plenty of necessities! And plenty of Hot water:) I would definitely recommend this to everyone..

We loved our stay! Nice house, very clean, comfortable beds, good towels with no scented detergent smell (a big plus for me), huge grassy fenced back yard which our pup absolutely loved zooming around in, quiet walkable neighborhood close to downtown (we drove to dinner but could have easily walked), lively front porch and yard. We would definitely stay here again next trip to Durango!

The house was nice; however lacking in some areas. While the front yard is very nice with nice furniture and grass, the backyard, which makes this a “huge “ property is completely unusable- it’s a big rectangular area filled with rock. The two main bedrooms are quite nice, but aside from small hanging closet, there are no dresses and nowhere else to put away clothes (I.e. undergarments, tshirts, etc) we had to stack everything on the tiny little desk. The kitchen is pretty good, but lacking in small knives and any serving bowls or platters. I also tried communicating with the host several times before our visit and she never responded.
