Everything was perfect for our needs! Amazing and easy communication with the owner. Property was clean and well appointed. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot, as well. Location was convenient too.

This property is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood that's walking distance to essential stores and a few food options, including the Original Pancake House and Binny's. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and the neighbors I passed by were pretty friendly.
We arrived in Chicago pretty early on a Friday morning and the owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check-in as soon as we were ready. Check-in instructions were pretty straightforward and typical for a rental property.
The unit is just like the pictures - four bedrooms, two bathrooms (no master suite, so everyone shares the bathrooms), full kitchen and living area. The place is actually kind of bland but has great potential - I would suggest an interior decorator could really hook the place up.
As much as we liked the place overall, it was evident that the place was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival (and probably long before that). The lamp shades had dust on them, the floor didn't appear to have been swept, let alone mopped. There were strands of hair in the bathroom. The towel bar in one of the bathrooms fell off as well.
As I mentioned, the place has great potential. However, the cleanliness issues really lowered the rating I am able to provide.
