The Neighborhood:
On the vibrant 18th street! Nightlife, restaurants, the best bars and food are right down the street!
Getting Around:
Uber is plentiful in the city. Can rent a car as well. There is free street parking nearby (south and west) of our location or meter parking as well. Pay attention to signage.
Other Things to Note:
Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
4. Are you bringing any pets? If so, how many?
Not a party house! Strict rules against any parties or any smoking in the home. If you are looking to party this is not the home for you! We do have two RING cameras. One at the front and the back entrance. Do not block the cameras.
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys are lost or left in unit this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge team is available from 10am–8pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am–12am Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.

Great property with convenient location! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. All the rooms were clean & fresh. One note; we had a 7 person, 4 night stay and were only given a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. We ended up having to buy more at the store to get through the last night. Also, plenty of spices and kitchen utensils but we couldn’t find salt or pepper.

Worked well for our stay! Group of 7 slept very comfortably. Extra blow up mattress (with self inflation) was a nice bonus!

We had a great time in Chicago. We brought our children, my parents, my husband’s Mom and both of our sisters to celebrate our son graduating from UChicago Law School. The listing said it slept 10. For us It actually slept 8 and that was still tight. There was an air mattress in the closet that we didn’t use. My son and Dad slept half of each night on the ends of the couch, not pulled out as a bed, due to being so cramped in their beds sharing them. My sister in law and mother in law thankfully had decided to stay in a hotel so we ended up with 8 with us. With only two bathrooms that’s also an issue for 8 people trying to get ready to go anywhere. It’s all doable and the savings of staying in one place versus paying for three hotel rooms for four nights was still worth it. The location was good, we aren’t city people but felt comfortable by the next couple of days in the area, we had a car so we learned about reading the signs like they recommend or you will get a ticket(the owner kindly reimbursed us). I’d love to see more towels, washcloths(there weren’t any until we asked), sheets(there were no top/flat sheets) for that large of a crowd. Seating for that many to hang out at night together needs improvement, maybe add another couch or a sectional. I don’t usually leave reviews but realize how I need them for myself when deciding to stay somewhere. My famous line is you can’t smell a picture, this place didn’t smell bad, was clean, we made the most of the space. Thank you.
