I like the back patio. I just didn’t like all the steps we had to go down with me having a bad knee.

Very disappointing

The house location is great for UChicago events. If it would have been clean it would have been fine.

The house was not clean at all. We had to wash all the sheets because the cleaning staff simply made the beds from the last guests. There were hairs in the sheets and on the pillows. The walls, light switches, and cabinets were filthy. Thank God I had Clorox wipes and was able to clean them. Unfortunately the place hadn’t been dusted at all. Base boards, fans, and Knick knacks were all dusty. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The bathrooms were the only things that had been cleaned and that was even subpar due to all the dust. We left after one night because my daughter’s allergies were so bad from the dust. Obviously the cleaning crew is not doing their job and the owners aren’t checking on their property.
