The property is exactly as advertised. Convenient to downtown Chicago. I took off a little because of the sleeping arrangements. The beds are not particularly wide for 2 people and the placement against the walls emphasizes that. Additionally, the trains were noticeable throughout the night. Otherwise, everything was good.

Three senior sisters stayed at the condo. Plenty of room and a very clean unit. We were very close to a grocery (Whole Foods, museums and restaurants. Most places we visited (Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, etc.) were only ten to fifteen minutes away by car or Lyft. Our parking spot was right in front of the building. Chinatown restaurants were a short walk away. One of the sisters considered the elevated trains nearby too noisy and had trouble sleeping. The other two were not bothered by the train sounds. The elevator was a huge perk for our aging knees. All in all, a very nice home base for our trip. I would not hesitate to rent it again (trains didn't bother me).

Great three-room place close to Chinatown. Walking distance to many great places to eat. Felt safe walking around (not always a given in Chicago). Only two small complaints. There was a code to get in the building in the check-in instructions, but nothing for the actual door to the apartment. I called and they sent me the code in a couple minutes. Also they have some kind of a weird firewall on their wifi because only about half the websites I tried to visit worked and my email and Microsoft Teams messages would not send or receive. So that was a little frustrating. All-in-all I would recommend.

We really enjoyed staying here, the unit looks even better in person. Plenty of space for our group of 7 ladies. The property manager, John, was helpful and quick to respond. Location was great! Under a ten minute walk to Chinatown and the Chinatown Red Line Stop.

The facility was perfect for 8 women. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms filled our needs for privacy and convenience. John was our contact and he responded to our needs immediately. We felt very safe and comfortable. Thankyou.

Very friendly and fast response with owner. The only bad thing, kitchen is very limited in space and some kitchen items were missing Toaster More pots and pans to cook with (only two) Spatula or spoons to cook No oven mittens Only one oven pan Detergent was empty Other items the towels were in the dryer and not folded in each of bathroom, which is fine but did think perhaps there were none until I looked. I am a heavy sleeper so I dobt mind the red line noise, but my parents who are in their 70s and light sleepers not as enjoyable. Overall very nice and pleasent, except for the items missing to cook if planning on cooking. The stairs are a bit dirty and trash on outside of parking lot, but condo very clean on the inside and neet. Thank u

Highly recommend this rental! The location is excellent, close to the L, divvy bikes, and everything Chinatown has to offer. There’s a beautiful view of the skyline across the street as well and it’s right next to beautiful ping Tom park. The hosts were easy to get in touch with when we had trouble accessing the unit and the space was incredibly clean. We didn’t want to leave!

This was the perfect location for our group of two families. The apartment was clean and so comfortable. It was a great space for kids as well. The train was a short walk away and it was easy to get groceries and dinner as well. Parking was a breeze too. We would definitely recommend and will plan to stay here next time we’re in Chicago!
