WE SOMETIMES HAVE GROUPS PENDING WHICH DON'T APPEAR IN OUR CALENDAR UNTIL CONFIRMED.**
**SPECIAL NOTES -- PLEASE READ FIRST**
-- We typically require 3- or 4-night weekends, based on the season; and defer to longer stay groups (4-5+ nights) over weekends beyond 21 days in advance. We release remaining weekend inventory within the 21-day window, or when other bookings align. Please feel free to inquire about any forward dates prior to a booking request, as we sometimes get overlapping requests.
-- Some special event dates may require longer stays, such as: Lollapalooza, Chicago Marathon, holidays, etc. Please inquire first, thanks!
-- We normally don't book more than 6 months in advance, except for extended stay groups or special circumstances.
Modern, renovated, luxury Chicago condo is available for short or long term stays. Our ideal downtown location is just two subway stops (~10 minutes) from the loop, Michigan Ave. shopping, museums & Lake Michigan. We are centrally located in the River West neighborhood, adjacent several nightlife areas such as Bucktown, Wicker Park, River North and Lincoln Park. Many great River West bars & restaurants are walking distance from our place.
Our private 3-BR, 3-BA duplex home is the top condo of a three-unit building. It features modern fixtures, concrete counters, 3 queen bedrooms (sleeps 11 comfortably), 3 full showers, master BA jacuzzi-style tub, master steam shower, wi-fi internet, custom in-wall sound system, big screen TV, washer/dryer, fireplace, and a huge outdoor deck. We can also rent a garage bay if needed, though street parking is easy and free.
From airports: we are a quick, easy and direct 40 minute train ride to O'hare airport, or single change from Midway airport. Our house is just 1 block from the Chicago Ave. Blue Line subway stop, and Chicago / Milwaukee bus lines. Taxis are also abundant in our neighborhood.
Several restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. are nearby. Some of our favorites include:
- The Dawson -- excellent food including brunch, top-rated cocktails + outdoor bar
- Piccolo Sogno and La Scarola -- top Italian
- Butterfly Thai & Sushi; and Japonais -- both excellent sushi
- Big Shoulders -- casual, original source coffee shop one block away
- Frontier -- organic and exotic meats / BBQ
- Matchbox -- our favorite bar, the smallest & most intimate in Chicago!
- G&O -- eclectic bar menu with brunch on weekends
- Dove's -- excellent southern/soul food brunch in nearby Bucktown!

The house is in good location with easy access to transportation. It’s a quiet and safe area. If fits a big family. The only suggestion I would have is to get a better cleaning system. The carpet and showers looked dirty and couple of comforters had stains too, besides that the place is good but I would not call it luxurious.

We love this place for the number of beds, baths, 2 living rooms and proximity to public transit. We were 2 families of 3 each and it worked great. One used public transit and the other drove. Either way it worked well getting into and back from the city.

We were thrilled to be able to stay in this fun, cool apartment. Not only did it have three bedrooms and bathrooms and two separate living areas, the whole space is laid out so that you never feel cramped and everyone has their own space to relax after being together rushing around the city all day. Very well stocked with linens, toiletries, and kitchen items. Beds very comfortable and showers were awesome! Friendly, responsive hosts. Had it been warmer we would have loved the outdoor deck space! Cool little neighborhood - can easily walk to grocery, CVS, coffee shops and a few restaurants - we enjoyed a sushi place that was about a block away and excellent! There is a small rental garage available which I would recommend. 10/10 would stay again!
