About this apartment rental
With a contemporary decor, this brand new apartment hosts a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining room area, 2 bedroom suites. One fold away bed can accommodate one visiting guest, upon request and prior arrangement.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one balcony, one kitchenette, one living room with dining area.
Every room has AC.
Blender, Child's high chair, Coffee machine, Cooking utensils, Dish washer, Grill, Kitchenette, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster.
Check-in will be arranged with the guest. I answer quickly to any request for assistance regarding the use of the apartment.
The apartment is located in a peaceful street in the residential neighborhood of São José, between Avenida da Liberdade and one of Lisbon's seven hills (Santana).
Despite being close to the city center, the street is very quiet.
You'll be 2 minutes away from Lisbon's liveliest avenue, Avenida da Liberdade, known for its music venues, theatres, luxury boutiques, and food stands (Lisbon’s famous "quiosques").
Right behind the street where the apartments is located stands the viewpoint, Jardim do Torel, a former 19th-century private garden with a playful, quirky personality. Its unusual chaise-longue-style park benches make the most of the soft slope, becoming an open-armed invitation to sit and relax in one of Lisbon's quietest green spaces. It offers a lovely view of the Praça dos Restauradores in the Baixa quarter.
The neighborhoods of Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto and Príncipe Real are a 10/15 minute-walk away from the apartment.
The metro stop "Avenida" and several bus stops are minutes away, as well as the train station of Rossio.
If you're coming from the airport, you can either:
- take the Metro, and drop off at "Avenida" (it will take you approximately 30 minutes);
- catch the Aerobus and drop off at Avenida da Liberdade (4.95 € round-trip);
- take a taxi, approx. 10/15 minutes from the apartment. Costs approx. 15 euros.
Please note that from the 1st of January 2019 a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.

Great location only a 5 min walk from the main drag and metro stations. keycode entry. two completely separate rooms and bathrooms. Small kitchen to prepare easy meals or breakfast before going out. We didn't use the oven, but it does have one.

What a great apartment. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything to make one’s stay so pleasurable. The booklet of information about the area, including great restaurant choices was terrific and so very helpful. The location was fantastic and the communication with the host was awesome. There were four of us and the two suites in one apartment was so nice and roomy. A great great choice to stay!!!

Mariana was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location — easy walking distance to main tourist sites and public transportation. Aldi grocery store is five minutes away on foot. Plenty of bodegas and restaurants close by as well. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Lisbon.
