Good sized modern apartment, with all the facilities you would want for your stay. Set on a fairly quiet street in a nice neighbourhood.

Like other apartments I've stayed in with this agency, it wasn't very clean. I had to clean as soon as I arrived. In general, the agency was not the best to deal with. To be fair to them, they did respond to messages and also the woman who met me to give me my keys was really lovely. But overall I had a few problems with the agency trying to overcharge me. The city tax in Lisbon is capped at 2 euro a night per person, for a maximum of 7 nights (aka €14). I know this, so I'm sure an agency operating rentals in Lisbon also must know this. But they still consistently tried to overcharge me - trying to claim 2 euro for every night of my 6-week stay in the city with them (€80). The cynic in me would suggest that they are trying to get extra money from unsuspecting tourists who don't understand the rules.

Well organized space, as good for work as for relaxing. Very thoughtful equipment(s). Really comfortable bed. And I love this neighbourhood.

I have nothing against the place itself but a lot of places around are "AirBnb" places, some with noisy groups especially when you want to spend a little time on the balcony (important during lockdown periods !). When you close all your windows the isolation is good.

Localização apesar de ter uma ladeira enorme, difícil acesso até pra carros, está a apenas uma rua da avenida liberdade!

O hall do prédio é tão sujo que parece abandonado! Quando chegamos tínhamos certeza que estávamos no local errado. Ao chegarmos ainda não tinham nos passado a senha de acesso para entrar. Quando chegamos as 17:00h ainda estavam limpando o apartamento. E a água quente funciona com um reservatório. Acabou várias vezes, o que dificultou muito já que eu estava com um bebê. O reservatório não é suficiente pra quatro banhos de uma vez (estávamos em 4 pessoas)
