About this apartment rental
Floor 12 minutes from the Fairground of Seville, to enjoy the April fair. The house is very spacious and has everything you need to make your stay in our city very pleasant.
It is very well connected to the center by Avenida de las Palmeras, and Av Jerez, which directly connects downtown with Bellavista along a large and fast avenue. The distance is 8 kilometers, about 15 minutes by car or taxi to any part of the city center where you will find parking easily.
Bellavista is a quiet neighborhood of Seville located south of the capital perfect for all kinds of travel. It has a quieter atmosphere of bars, always with the joy of people from the south, parks areas, etc.
You will like my space for the environment, the light, the area is quiet but with a lot of life on the street, the parks ... You have everything walking to two minutes, Mercadona supermarket, bakery, bars, suburban train, pharmacy, Chinese, etc.
You can not miss the Giralda, which is currently the tower of the Cathedral, one of the largest in Christianity.
Other interesting places to visit are the Alcazar, the Torre del Oro, the Casa de Pilatos, the City Hall, the Archivo de Indias, the Museum of Fine Arts (the second in Spain in number of paintings), the Santa Cruz neighborhood, the street Betis, as well as many convents, churches and palaces.

The airport is 12 minutes by car or taxi and the santa station just 18 minutes (8.5 kilometers). The exit to the highway of Cadiz is next to Bellavista so it is very comfortable if you want to make a break to spend the day in Cadiz. It takes 50 minutes by the highway direct to the city center.

The location was perfect for us,just outside of the busy part of the city,with very easy bus access that run every few minutes. The apartment was very comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed, the hosts were right there to meet us,would definitely return.
