Situé à un endroit calme et propre, spacieux.pas de vis à vis du côté rue car un parc pour enfants est au centre du bloc de maisons. L'entrée semble être uniquement pour nous, on n'a pas croisé de voisins. Tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez chez vous et les équipements sont de qualité.
La chambre à coucher principale était fraîche même en allumant la climatisation, on sent une légère odeur d'humidité. Je pense que l'idéal serait d'y séjourner à partir d'avril.

L’emplacement : calme, spacieux, près de l’arrêt du bus numéro 3, café juste en bas de l’immeuble.
Moisissures sur les murs d’une des chambre, forte odeur de moisi, manque d’équipements dans la cuisine (pas de torchon ni de serviettes), cuisine collante, porte du lave-vaisselle cassée, poubelle sale, canapé et rideaux très poussiéreux, la terrasse n’était pas nettoyée… le parasol cassé. Bref vétuste, mal entretenu et mal équipé.
