Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Ricardo, très disponible et sympathique. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence propre, au calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. Parmi les autres atouts : le garage très pratique, l'ascenseur, la climatisation efficace et une bonne connexion WiFi.
En revanche, quelques points pourraient être améliorés : il y a eu des dysfonctionnements électriques – si deux plaques chauffantes fonctionnent en même temps que le four, cela fait disjoncter le compteur. De plus, le chauffe-eau à gaz est un peu compliqué à utiliser et pas très pratique au quotidien.
