Descanso-elegancia en Sevilla Parking Gratuito

We stayed for 9 nights and we enjoyed it! The person in charge of the flat is very nice and cooperating. The flat is spaceous, clean, the beds are comfortable, both for adults and kids. Air conditioning works very well, in out time there, outside was 43-45⁰C.! Kitchen well equiped, laundry machine a big bonus. The clothes took 4-5 hours to drain outside on the drying cables. The building has an elevator, so very useful. The car park is also a bonus and it's safe. You access it with a remote. The only thing is that is not very wide, an SUV will struggle to fit, but a crossover or smaller is perfect. But it is easy to find parkings on the outside street as well. Also neighbours were really nice! There is a small kids park outside and a football pitch, very usefull when the weather isn't hot! The metro station is in 5 minute walk, very cheap and usefull. It runs until 2 am in most of the nights. We used the car for the first days and then we took the metro in the last ones. I would recommend the aquisition of a smart TV( any size), especially for using the streaming platforms for kids. Also, a hoover would be very useful, it more efficient! Plenty attractions in Seville!

Die Wohnung ist mit Fahrstuhl im 2. Stock einer jüngeren, eingezäunten Mehrfamilienhaus-Anlage, deren Zutritt nur mittels (Magnet-)Schlüssel möglich ist. Im Innenhof sind Kinderspiel- und Sportanlagen, die nur in den Abendstunden oder am Wochenende bespielt werden. Vom Straßenverkehr bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Wlan, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle funktionieren; Backofen wurde nicht ausprobiert. Die Möbelausstattung zeigt leichte Abnutzungen; an mancher Stelle könnte der Reparaturgeist tätig werden (z.B. Geschirrspülertür mit defektem Griff). Einkaufen kann man direkt an der Ecke der Straßenkreuzung in einem großen Supermarkt. Die Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt von Sevilla ist mühelos: Buslinie 38 oder 26, diagonal über die Straßen- kreuzung; Preis für eine Fahrt 1,40€.

Obwohl die Akunftszeit mit dem Flugzeug erfragt wurde, war niemand vorort; weil wohl die Gepäckausgabe und die Taxifahrt zur Unterkunft nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Eine nette Hausbewohnerin half uns. Mülltrennung muss selbst durchgeführt werden (Papier/Pappe, Plastik, Glas, Restmüll); die Mülltonnen befinden sich außerhalb der Wohnanlage am Straßenrand. Die Informationsmappe für die Wohnung ist von unprofessioneller Qualität (z.B. keine Erwähnung der Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt mit ÖPNV oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorort).

Un piso cuquísimo que da sensación de hogar. Nos recibió la dueña que fue un encanto y una anfitriona perfecta que nos dio indicaciones para poder movernos por la ciudad y por el barrio. Las instalaciones de la casa perfectas y tal cual a las fotos. A destacar la comodidad de las camas. Hemos dormido de lujo y sin ruidos. Buena combinación de transporte público: metro a escasos 7 minutos caminando y parada de bus enfrente que te lleva al centro sin problema. Recomendable comprar una tarjeta de bus con transbordos en el estanco 24horas que hay en la rotonda y con google Maps puedes moverte sin problema y conocer todos los enlaces y transbordos.Tambien hay un supermercado justo enfrente que es ideal para comprar Estoy deseando volver!!!!
