De snelheid waarmee de host reageerde op problemen en deze oploste , zie hieronder. De locatie van het appartement; vlakbij bars en eettentjes in een gezellige wijk en historisch centrum makkelijk te bereiken met bus en metro .
Er was geen warm water toen we ‘s avonds laat aankwamen de gasfles was leeg, het was koud buiten en binnen en er waren geen extra dekens; beide problemen werden de volgende dag opgelost door de host ; het appartement was niet warm te stoken; de voorzieningen in de keuken waren minimaal en hebben we zelf aangevuld
