Man muss die Wohnung von Haus und Umgebung getrennt bewerten. Die Wohnung selbst war ganz ok nachdem man sie durch das 50er Jahre Treppenhaus mit "Duft" nach Kloake erreicht hat. Grösse und Ausstattung gut, es fehlte nichts. Der Vermieter wurde von einem sehr freundlichen und bemühten Herrn vertreten. Mit Öffis ist der Stadtkern gut und preiswert erreichbar.
In einer anderen Bewertung war von der "Bronx" die Rede- das können wir unterstreichen. In solch einem Viertel mit Sexshops und verdreckten und vermüllten Höfen möchten wohl nur die wenigsten Urlauber wohnen. Auto am besten weiter entfernt parken.
