El departamento es precioso, moderno y te hace sentir muy cómodo y las personas que atienen son muy amables y están súper atentas con dudas.
Por poner algo, que en realidad no es muy relevante: la llave de la puerta se traba un poco y el agua de la ducha se sale del plato de ducha.

L'emplacement assez proche du centre 15 mn à pied et de la gare Santa Justa un peu plus de 10 mn.
Lit confortable (140). Magasins alimentaires Aldi 5mn carrefour market à 2 pas.

Un peu bruyant le soir car il y a un bar à tapas juste à côté mais à 23h30 il n'y avait plus de bruit.
Quelques broutilles en épicerie seraient un plus (sel poivre huile olive...). Un ou deux torchons.
Un séchoir pour le linge car le lave linge est parfait mais rien pour mettre le linge......un lavomatic se trouve dans la rue du Aldi avec des sèches linge....donc on y est allés.

Exceeded my expectations! Clean & contemporary apartment close to the train station (so further from Seville attractions) with a new washer/dryer and other new appliances. Some have mentioned a bad smell in the bathroom but we didn’t encounter this, nor did the sounds from the bar next door affect our sleep (bedroom is deep in). I’ve stayed in accoms like these in Europe and have come to expect that not all the amenities you want may be provided so best to check ahead - the response time is quick and replies helpful. In my case, there was no laundry detergent and kettle so I brought my own capsules and heated water in the microwave.
There is a €100 deposit required - this is stated quite clearly - but if you have a foreign card, the link does not work. They provide another means through PayPal which did work and the deposit was refunded within days of checking out though I lost a tiny amount (less than a euro) - I guess due to PayPal commission. It would be better to use the booking app to secure a card for a deposit.

La cercanía al centro
El apto está bien aprovechado pero el olor que sale del baño es insoportable hay que tener la puerta del baño siempre cerrada, por otro lado tiene lavadora pero no tendedero 🤷♂️
