It was a standard private dorm room set up, which was comfortable and with good shelving. Kitchen and living room space were spacious. The area is safe and residential but as stated, it does take 30 mins to get to centro Sevilla, as 45mins to get to Triana.
There is very little privacy as the room had a window opening onto the stairs and kitchen (while there is a blind, the window wouldn't close); walls are so thin that you can hear others in their rooms. Some guests were very inconsiderate in the middle of the night, talking loudly, and others making intense intimate noises for over an hour and slamming room/bathroom doors. No toilet paper or shampoo in the one washroom, and one lamp had no lightbulb.

The facilities and the terrace were nice, and we liked the location being a 20 minute walk out of the city
The room had no window to the outside and as a result there was a very musty smell in the room which we found off putting
