About this house rental
Typical farmhouse divided into two bodies completely renovated recently, surrounded by 10,000 m2 of private greenery with about 200 plants. The main body is over 300sqm of housing on three levels, with separate equipped kitchen, main living room with fireplace and table for 24 people, 4 furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (the attic is not currently rented). Large loggias and covered porches with barbeque area and churrascheria. Outside there are large mattresses, hammocks and comfortable deckchairs where you can relax. There is the possibility to freely use a volleyball court, a football pitch, Ping Pong, table football and a sand court by Teco (Argentine sport similar to bowls but practiced with discs). Cascina Serenella is located in Calcinatello di Calcinato in the Province of Brescia, just 10 minutes by car from Lake Garda, the city center of Brescia and Montichiari. It is ideal for those who want to relax and be in contact with nature. The beds are currently arranged as follows:
Ground Floor: 2 in double bed in main double room with private bathroom;
2 on the sofa bed on the ground floor in the studio connected to the main bedroom on the ground floor.
First floor: 2 in double bed in main double room with private bathroom;
2 in single beds in the bedroom connected to the double bedroom;
2 singles in another room with private bathroom.
Me, my wife and our son, we live inside the attic, completely independent, but during the day and often on weekends we are not there and therefore the house is often completely free. For special needs or more details please contact me directly.

AMAZING find, highly recommend! We had a group of 7 adults and one baby stay here for 4 nights and we felt informed and well hosted the entire time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, the property is beautiful and the host family is absolutely wonderful (and living in a house across the driveway). There were toys for the baby, a tennis court, swings, outdoor comfy spaces... such an incredibly special place.

Stefano is an incredible host and his property is beautiful! The home has plenty of room and everything we needed for a two-week stay with young kids. It's very peaceful but with plenty of fun things to do on-site and in the local area. Would definitely recommend Cascina Serenella to anyone looking for room to roam in the beautiful countryside!
