Would never return or recommend. Greedy, poorly run, and far below standard.

Lake view from the mobile home and the access to the lake.

1. Customer service is non-existent. No fresh towels unless you pay €15/day, no access to a manager. 2. Poor maintenance: taps barely work, slow and unreliable internet, bad mobile reception, squeaky chairs, coffee machine never descaled. 3. Uncomfortable stay: stiff beds, awful pillows, beds not made on arrival, air conditioning limited to 8 hours/day. 4. Hidden costs everywhere: €15/day visitors, €15 per towel use, €5/hour washing machine (own detergent), €0.90/kWh EV charging, €10/day visitor parking, no coffee filters, absurd pool rules (mandatory swim caps in dirty pool). 5. Loose tiles in the restaurant area are a hazard for kids.

Fantastic place worth to come back

Quite impressive mobile home above-average standard. Nice view directly at the lake and own jacuzzi are nice to have, but it was much more better experience with that :-) Home localization was perfect. It was close to the beach and really close to the pools area. Pools with extra space for children are amazing. Own jacuzzi was perfct. man responsible for that was there every day to check water quality. Restaurant was close to our home too. Food was really good. All those benefits allow you to spend the whole time inside the camping area. Numerous animations for children during the whole day and special events. Huge positve experience with ladies that work in the reception. Check in and check out are really fast. Ladies are there to help you, what they really do!

Not really to be mentioned but I suggest that local shop offer should be wider. Not sure why everyone needs a cap at swimming pool.

A delightful stay

We were there off season.. very quiet, just the way we like it. We were given the tent directly leading to the lake with an excellent view. One of the best pizzas we had at the restaurant. Our tent was super cute, clean & comfy!

The main pools were unfortunately already closed although the temperatures peaked at 27 & 28 degrees during the four days of our visit. However, the wellness pool was still opened.

The glamping experience we were looking for!

Super location, right next to the Garda lake (only 50 meters in our case) | great lake path for walking or jogging in the morning | fantastic pool and biggest fun factor for our kids | private closeby parking spot (connected to our glamping tent) | restaurant with stunning lake view and good pizzas

Kids pool closes every day from 13:00 to 15:00, which was quite disappointing | didn't like the swimming caps, but compulsory all over Italy | bright lights, attached to our tent, made sleeping more challenging | some noisy evenings/nights, but this is (drunk) people dependent rather than something camping specific

Great for the kids.

The aircon only just cooled the villa down. You only get 8hrs of aircon per day after that you have to pay per hr. The bathroom was covered in mould and the smell went through the whole villa. But reception staff were very apologetic.

Modern mobilhaus, pools

Terrace of the mobilhaus is covered by some plastic foil which absorbs heat and then works as a heating - impossible to sit there during the hot day. Stupid automatic shower by the pools and the rule you have to wear a swimming cap while being in the pool.

we had a great tent with the view on the lake, Everything you need in a tent we were in September, it was super warm, the tent was a bit warm during the day but the nights were cooler so there was no problem Great view , perfect place for families with the children , Nice stuff at the reception I come back here for sure :)

brilliant little site, with a mix of Italian family’s holiday homes and tourist cabins. We’ll kept and lovely restaurant

Cabins are new and really well furnished. Pool was fabulous and had lots for children to do. Beautiful location on lake and close to supermarket and bus. staff in reception and all over the property were exceptional.

Although the bus was very good to Desenzano and Salo we felt we would have been able to see more with a car. The ferry was 1.5km away and there were not many ferry’s from Moniga or Padenghe. Not property’s fault obviously but worth bearing in mind.

Lake Garda is beautiful and the campsite has reasonable facilities

Not the best part of the lake, water quality in the south is not comparable to the north. Facilities in the campsite like swimming pool mainly used by Italians guest, and we felt out of place.

Really friendly and helpful staff. All the amenities you need for a short or long stay - the pool and splash park are brilliant. The mobile home was nice with a great terrace. Only stayed for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed for longer!

A great family getaway

Fantastic holiday on the lake and at the pools. A 5 minute walking distance to a shopping center. Lovely reception staff. We can't wait to return again next year.

The houses were very clean, it was enough equipment for everyone. We loved the terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. Camping is located close to the lake , it has its own swimming pool, playground and restaurant with good food.

Unfortunately you need to have bathing cap in swimming pool, besides that, everything was perfect

We actually could check in before 04:00pm what was great because we had a long drive to get there and needed some rest! Reception ladys been really really friendly! :) they even helped us out with our broken car

Superb

It was super clean, Perfect bathroom and shower. Staff was superb and very helpfull. The Swimmingpool for what we where looking for ( clean, space, children fun, easy walking distance) absolutely exceptional. Our terrace with the incredible view. We will come again!

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, mais le rapport qualité/prix est très décevant.

• L’emplacement idéal, tout près du lac. • La piscine avec une température très agréable.

• Le restaurant : très décevant. Le personnel semblait dépassé alors qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de clients. Accueil peu chaleureux, on avait presque l’impression de les déranger. Dommage ! Nous nous sommes arrêtés le matin pour boire un café au restaurant (seulement 1 client présent au bar). La collaboratrice est venue sur la terrasse uniquement pour nous dire qu’elle ne prenait pas les commandes à table le matin, puis est repartie aussitôt derrière le comptoir. Nous comprenons tout à fait qu’il n’y ait pas de service à table, mais il serait plus judicieux de l’indiquer clairement sur les tables extérieures. • La climatisation : en supplément… cela devrait être clairement indiqué avant la réservation. • La piscine : bonnets obligatoires… cela ne sert pas à grand-chose et rend la baignade désagréable. • Le chien : lors de la réservation, Booking indiquait que les chiens étaient acceptés. Mais après coup, on reçoit un message (pas facilement accessible) indiquant qu’ils ne sont pas admis sur certains emplacements. Message après réservation donc complètement inutile! Résultat : supplément facturé pour « nettoyage final » à cause du chien… Vraiment choquant, surtout que nous avons rendu l’emplacement plus propre qu’à notre arrivée. C’est dommage d’avoir une telle mentalité. • Les animations : très décevantes, pratiquement inexistantes, aucune vraie activité proposée. • L’emplacement juste à côté d’une famille avec de jeunes enfants : hurlements tôt le matin et pleurs le soir avant de dormir… Bien sûr, ce n’est pas la faute du camping, mais cela nous a tout de même fait sourire quand on compare avec « le crime » d’avoir un chien, qui lui n’a fait absolument aucun bruit. De plus, un touriste s’amusait à rouler à très vive allure dans le camping… extrêmement dangereux ! Je ne suis même pas certaine qu’il ait reçu un avertissement…. •Mauvais rapport qualité/ prix

Sonniger Campingurlaub.

Die kleine Campinganlage war gut gelegen.

Unser erstes Haus war direkt am Pool mit extremer Lärmbelastung den ganzen Tag. Gegen sehr viel Aufpreis, konnten wir nach einigen Tagen umziehen.

Schöner Urlaub am Gardasee

Schöner Bungalow mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Für die Klimaanlage gab es ein bestimmtes Zeitkontingent. Hat locker ausgereicht. Poolbereich ist nett, un sich mal kurz abzukühlen. Weg zum See ist leicht zu finden.

Der Deutsche ist eine Decke gewöhnt. Dünne Laken zum Zudecken haben im ersten Moment für Verwirrung gesorgt. Das Personal war aber bemüht, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Eines der Bäder war anscheinend schlecht gewischt. Kurz angesprochen wurde das auch nachgeholt.

Lage am Gardasee top

Lage und Personal top! Wir waren Ende September für 5 Tage zu dritt in einem Mobilhome für 5 Personen mit Whirlpool. Das Haus war sauber und mit dem nötigsten Equipment ausgestattet. Mussten schmunzeln, da es dazu bereits einige Bewertungen gibt: 5 Personen könnten dort wohnen. Leider nur vier Stühle im Haus verfügbar. Teller und Besteck abgezählt auf 5 Personen. Ansonsten alles wie in jedem anderen Haus auch. Wir waren zum Ende der Saison deswegen denke ich, war das Personal schon etwas entspannter. Der strickt vorgegebene Parkplatz musste nicht mehr zwingend eingehalten werden, das Personal vom Miniclub war ausgepowert und im Restaurant war bereits alles zum Schließen vorbereitet. Störte uns aber nicht, da wir absichtlich so reisen (:

Dafür kann der Platz nichts, aber die Anlage direkt daneben animiert täglich ganztags und mit voller Leidenschaft. Ich würde das mit (Klein-) Kindern als störend empfinden zu den Schlafenszeiten zumal die Familienhäuser direkt daneben stehen

Ein schöner angenehmer Kurzurlaub.

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Nur wenige Schritte zum See. Da wir in der Nachsaison da waren, war es sehr ruhig. Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Vielleicht ein paar Küchenutensilien mehr wie Schneidebrett, Kaffeetassen und Weingläser.

Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie aan het Gardameer!

Prachtige stacaravan met privé jacuzzi en een fantastisch uitzicht over het Gardameer. Zwembad was netjes en bij het restaurant kon je prima gerechten bestellen.

Het parkeren was redelijk ver van onze stacaravan af, wat je ook een beetje op de koop toe moet nemen als je een mooi plekje hebt op de camping. Alleen op de dag van vertrek met het inruimen van de auto was dit behoorlijk onhandig in de stortregen

Schöner Campingplatz

Kleiner als erwartet und das war super. Kinder konnten auch alleine über den Campingplatz laufen, ohne verloren zu gehen. Der Pool war auch sehr schön, es gab immer genug Liegen und meist war es auch recht sauber. Der Mini Club bietet nur sehr gezielte Aktivitäten zu festen Zeiten, aber die Kinder hatten Spaß wenn sie da waren (Abends Mini Disco um 20:30 Uhr). Die Tiny homes waren sehr praktisch eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir konnten gut zu acht auf der Terasse essen (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder). Das Animationsteam war recht engagiert und das Programm vielfältig :-)

Der Kinderpool war kälter als der große, das war sehr schade. Das Resturant hat nur am Wochenende Mittagessen, Montag bis Freitag nur Abendessen, war für uns aber in Ordnung.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee – wir würden die Mobilheime jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Das Mobilheim war modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Der Whirlpool mit Blick auf den Gardasee war ein echtes Highlight. Auf dem Campingplatz gab es mehrere Pools, genug Liegen für alle und direkten Zugang zum See. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch das Restaurant mit sehr leckerer Pizza sowie die Möglichkeit, Essen mitzunehmen und auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Supermärkte in der Nähe und die Lage für Ausflüge nach Bardolino, Lazise oder Sirmione waren ebenfalls top.

Viele Mücken – ohne starkes Mückenspray geht es kaum. In den Mobilheimen gibt es keine richtigen Bettdecken, nur Überdecken, daher besser eigene mitbringen. Außerdem sollte man an Spülmaschinen-Tabs und Spülmittel denken. Die Zelte auf dem Platz sehen zwar schön aus, sind aber sehr einfach, stehen eng beieinander und bieten nicht so viel Komfort oder Privatsphäre wie die Mobilheime.

Super camping dużo zieleni bardzo blisko do plaży Bardzo fajny wodny plac zabaw dla dzieci basen też w porządku (wymagany czepek) 5 minut pieszo supermarket, apteka Restauracja na terenie obiektu i dwie inne w bliskiej odległości Klimatyzacja na kartę nam wystarczył czas nabity na karcie na 12 dni nie było potrzeby doładowywać karty Personel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny Super animatorzy i atrakcje dla dzieci (dyskoteka, gry) Domek typu comfort przestronny z tarasem (stół, krzesła,leżaki,suszarka na pranie) Dwa pokoje (jedno łóżko typu małżeńskie i dwa pojedyncze) dwie łazienki (prysznic, toaleta,umywalka) mały salon z kuchnią (stół, krzesła, sofa) kuchnia wyposażona (mikrofalówka, lodówka, zaparzacz do kawy, czajnik, talerze, sztućce, garnki)

Die Lage war wunderbar, wir konnten von unserer Zeltterasse direkt auf den Gardasee schauen. Zu Fuß waren wir in 3 min am Gardasee und in 5 min am Pool. Wasser in allen Richtungen! Super! Das Zelt verfügte über ein eigenes Bad, was auch sehr angenehm war. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Alle Mitarbeiter (Rezeption / Restaurant / Kiosk / Minimarkt) waren sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer sauberen, gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft mit tollem Resort und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeite

Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Resort bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten für Groß und Klein. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Lage schön und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top.

Die Klimaanlage konnte nur 8 Stunden pro Tag ohne zusätzliche Kosten genutzt werden. Außerdem gab es leider keine Möglichkeit zum Grillen.
