Clean, modern apartment with great amenities, friendly host, and walking distance to the beach – hig

We were warmly welcomed by the host upon arrival. We arrived by car, and there was a private parking space inside a gated area right next to the apartment. The host gave us great recommendations for restaurants, local sights, and boat trips. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The building appeared new and was of a high standard throughout. The property includes a large, well-kept garden with beautiful olive trees. At the far end, there is a small playground – ideal for families with children. The pool was clean, inviting, and well cared for. It took only 3–4 minutes to walk to the beach. We highly recommend Villa Molina!

Lokation is good. Pool is amazing. Appartment was clean.

The lake view which was sold on booking photos, was significantly different. Insted of the lake view we see green net and trash in front of garage. Also the host asked us 100 eur deposit, which was not mentioned in booking discription.

excellent property, right on the bank of lake Garda. highly recommend!

we had an excellent time at Villa Molino. it is a 5m walk from the lake which was very pleasant. Very smart swimming pool. the Rooms were spacious, clean and well provided for with cutlery, crockery et cetera. above all, the manager was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to facilitate the needs of our religious holiday. thanks for a wonderful stay!

Good value for money.

The property is mainly used by visitors as a place for relaxation, but for us was the perfect location to start exploring lake Garda surroundings and to visit Verona. The apartment was clean, spacious and kitchen had all necessary facilities. Owners are pleasant and helpful people. We highly recommend this place to anyone who want to visit Garda area.

Die Lage ist super, 3 Minuten zum See und 5 Minuten zum Zentrum. Ruhig bis auf das Müllauto in der Früh. Schöner Pool. Netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

- der sehr freundliche Empfang - die nahe Lage zum See - der Pool mit vielen Liegen, Schirmen in einem schönen Garten - das bequeme Bett - dass die Wohnung genau wie beschrieben war - dass wir für 5 € unsere Wäsche waschen konnten

- das Stromkonzept sollte nochmal überdacht werden: die Rollläden gehen nicht jedes Mal zu, wenn der Schlüssel gezogen wird. Außerdem kann nicht lange genug das kleine Bad gelüftet werden, wenn man nach dem Duschen noch ausgeht. - In der Küche wäre es schön ein paar kleine Schneidemesser, mehr Brettchen und Schalen für Müsli zu haben. Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass Francesco uns welche gegeben hätte, wenn wir gefragt hätten. - An manchen Stellen im Garten war es etwas chaotisch/unordentlich, wahrscheinlich noch nicht fertiggestellt. Zum Beispiel war der Grillplatz nicht sehr einladend.

Merveilleux séjour

Super séjour ! Francesco a été incroyablement gentil et serviable. Les équipements sont top : la piscine est grande, il y a suffisamment de chaises longues, une balancelle, une table. Le logement est très bien pensé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, y compris la clim et les moustiquaires. Le logement est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage 👌🏻

Top Lage, nur rund 300m zum Strand. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick haben wirklich eine tolle Aussicht. Sehr netter Vermieter, der auch gut Englisch spricht. Parkplatz ist durch ein Tor gesichert.

Doppelbett für meine Maßstäbe (ich mag es möglichst breit) etwas kuschelig geraten.
