The property lies in the centre of Tuscany at 20 km from Lucca, 50 kms from Florence, Pisa and beaches. It is an ideally position to visit the most beautiful cities of Tuscany, for a day at the beach or a in the mountains (monte Abetone). The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant (not shared with any other person), so it is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. It has a large garden with a well maintained lawn, the garden is completely fenced and there is an entrance gate. There is a 12x6 meter swimming pool (depth 1,2 to 1,6 meter) with romain stairs and outdoor shower. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, garden chairs, gazebo with 2 chairs and sofa. There is a covered terrace with table and banks on the southern side, at few meters there is also also a barbecue at disposition. There is also a table with chairs available if you prefer to eat near the pool. The property features also 2 mountain bikes, table football and a lawn of around 10 by 5 meter with mini soccer goals. In spring 2025 a new room was added where the new kitchen is placed, it features also a large dining table, fireplace and oven. The kitchen is next to a terrace with tables/chairs and a view on the pool. There are a fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob with 5 burners, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, bottle rack. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, all are equipped with air conditioning. One has a king bed, a single bed and a baby cot. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds (it is possible to ad an extra bed in the last room). There are 2 bathroom with toilet/shower on the first floor (one is very small). If you are 2 families with 5 children, it is possible to put another extra bed in the hallway next to the bedrooms or one of the children can sleep in the sofa bed on the ground floor. Wi-fi internet connection (unlimited up and download), SKY pay TV available for free. Big supermarkets at 7km, close to the speedway exit of Altopascio (also on sunday open). Restaurant/pizzeria, grocey store, butcher and bar 1 km far away, more restaurants and shops available in the towns of Chiesina Uzzanese (5 Kms) and Fucecchio (11 kms).
