This was a wonderful location in Porto. Close to lots of restaurants, bakeries, groceries, and the Metro. For the most part, the place looks pretty much like the pictures.
The rooms are spacious and there is enough space for four people to stay quite comfortably. But the apartment does need a bit of TLC. There were a few minor issues that could easily be fixed with a bit of general maintenance that would make the place worth the money that you are paying. And as we said, it's a nice location, but the windows are quite old and thin, so you can hear all the outside street noise. It might be an issue if you're a light sleeper. That being said, we had a great time in Porto and would still recommend this place if you're visiting the city.

This property was an ideal base for my friend and I to share while we visited Porto. It is a good size, situated on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen dining area and large terrace. It is an older building with beautiful features, however the windows are single glazed and while the road outside isn't busy it is a beautiful old cobbled street so there is a lot of noise from vehicles. Both bedrooms have windows onto the street so earplugs were a must for me. The appartment is well set up but several items were broken including a draw on the wardrobe, a chair, a hook on the wall and the main light in one bedroom. When we mentioned this last point to the agent they were due to get this fixed but it didn't happen during our stay. The appartment felt a little bit tired and worn out due to this.
Location is great, easy to get to from the airport on the metro and a 10 minute walk to the main train station and 20 minutes to the river front.

Very convenient location. Easy to get just about anywhere on the metro.
It’s quiet street off of a busy area.
The apartment itself is very bare bones. Some of the cupboards are falling apart. That said the beds are comfortable.
Cigarette all over the deck, which wasn’t great for us as we were a family. Otherwise, very nice.
