Very central location in Porto (though not noisy or other bothering things); Good bathroom, kitchen and bed room. Everything clean. A friendly owner of the house, who offers help and different types of information about Porto and points of interest.

That room is just a room inside a two bedroom apartment with detached bathroom nd kitchen. But we were able to switch that room for an apartment upstairs for 20 more euro per day

Our six night stay was perfect. Our host, Luis Silva, was very kind and helpful, providing recommendations and technical help with the heating unit. The bed was very comfortable (dense memory foam), the entire apartment was spotless and comfortably appointed. The location was perfect with easy walking access to São Bento station and metro, Minipreço market, and lots of good cafés. I recommend Porto Spot highly. But know the climb is steep up the street, as are the building's stairs. No elevator. We are seniors, so we just went slowly :) and it was very worthwhile.
