All aspects top notch.
If you take metro from airport, make sure you take elevator to 2nd floor, you are there in 20 steps.

The appartment had a great layout and everythinng you need for exploring Porto! We liked the patio in the back. The bed is comfortable and we loved the dark out blinds. The location is within walking distance from major sites and right next to the metro. There is a public parking just short distance away and you can get a 2-day pass for 40 euros. There is a cute coffee shop just a few doors down and they also serve breakfast. We spent 10 days exploring Portugal and Porto was our second favorite city after Lagos. I would highly recommend PortoSoul.

Gotta say this is one of the nicest places I've stayed for a while. Beautifully styled and comfortable room. Excellent central location, literally just above the metro station.
Special thanks go to Ildebrando (think that's how its spelt.) He waited to greet us and gave so much helpful information about what to see and how to get to it. This really made our stay.
He was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Even allowed us to leave luggage for a while after checking out, which allowed us an extra day's holiday without worrying about luggage.
Would love to visit Porto again. Would be great to stay at PortoSoul. If it's within your budget, would definitely recommend staying here.
