The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The appliances were fine. The location is close to Metro, groceries, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Customer service via WhatsApp was quick. Towels are only changed for 8 night stays. An extra set of towels would have been appreciated after 4 nights.

The studio is very spacious and the price was excellent value. There’s no reception on-site, so all communication is handled through WhatsApp, but the staff were responsive and helpful. I requested laundry detergent late at night, and it was delivered the following day.
The location is slightly uphill from central Porto, but still within a reasonable walking distance. The property was overall spotless, although I did notice a couple of small insects in the bathroom (likely from the bathroom vent or drain). Aside from that, everything was clean and well maintained. The area also feels safe, even until late at night. Overall, I would recommend this property.
